Libby Canned Pumpkin--15 oz can, 1.75 cup (remove)
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, .25 cup (remove)
*Pumpkin Pie Spice, 4 tsp (remove)
*Egg Beaters 1/4 c (1 egg), 2 serving (remove)
*Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk, 6 oz (remove)
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 8" pie pan. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
