Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 frankfurts
    5 potatoes
    3 small onions
    2 tablespoons of tomato paste
    1 tablespoon chili paste
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    A little Water

Directions

1/ Peel and dice potatoes and onions.
2/ Cut franks into bite size pieces.
3/ Heat oil in frypan.
4/ Add onion. Fry a little, then add potato.
5/ Fry for about 3-5 mins then add a little water.
6/ Add the rest of the ingredients.
7/ Continue adding small amounts of water as the food absorbs it. Be careful not to add too much. It should a little saucy but not too runny.
8/ When potatoes are cooked through, it is time to serve.
Serves 3
