Submitted by: KS_MOMMIE

Introduction

This is a yummy, easy sandwich, full of fiber, low in sodium. This is a yummy, easy sandwich, full of fiber, low in sodium.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 slices Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread (or your favorite wheat, grain bread that's high in fiber - I chose this one because they each slice is only 80 calories)
    1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts (optional - but they are so low in calories, they add a wonderful texture to the sandwich)
    1/4 cup Baby Spinach

Directions

Spread the avocado on the sandwich bread, add the sprouts, and baby spinach. Enjoy!
