Bread Machine Egg Bread

Introduction

For the Wel-bilt bread machine for 1.5 lb loaf. After making this, I've decided to add a bit more salt (perhaps 3/4 tsp) and a bit more sugar (perhaps 1/4 cup). Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 c. water
    2 large eggs
    2 TBS. oil (I used EVOO)
    2 TBS. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order listed. Make a well in the flour for the yeast. Bake on Basic Cycle.

Makes approx. 16 slices (1 slice per serving)
