Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, All Natural, 1 filet, 4.8 oz., 5 serving
Flour, white, .25 cup
Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Simply Apple 100% Apple Juice (Apple Cider), 4 oz
Argo Cornstarch, 1 tbsp
Crushed Pineapple in Unsweetend Pineapple Juice, 0.5 cup
TOASTED PECANS, 0.25 cup
Apple, fresh, .6 cup (rings)
Pecans, .25 oz (20 halves)
pam (1 spray), 5 serving
2) In large fry pan, spray with PAM over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning frequently, about 20 minutes or until light brown and fork can be inserted with ease. Remove chicken to a serving platter and keep warm.
3) Pour off liquid from pan and add apple cider. Slowly whisk in cornstarch, mixing well. Stir in pineapple. Add pecans and simmer until thickened, about 3 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with apple rings and pecan halves.
