Ingredients



    * *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced
    * *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb
    * *Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 16 tbsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 4 tbsp
    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
    * *Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp), 2 serving
    * Garlic, 5 clove

Directions

Mix every thing except cheese and EVOO in large bowl.
Coat half size steam table deep pan with EVOO
Place mix in pan and spread Cheese over mix.
Cover with Aluminum Foil.
Cook on Outside Grill (350 to 400 Deg) i hour
