Veggie Burgers

Introduction

mash beans with a fork, mince 1/3 cup each of raw carrots, celery, green pepper, and onion. Mix together. Pack into 1/3 cup measuring cup, plop out onto bread crumbs, flip, shape into patties (6). Cook in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.     sounds good.wonder how it would do if you substituted black eyed peas or pintos for the cannellini beans.....we used to make peacakes that were so good....trouble was I could eat a dozen.. - 7/16/10
