BBQ meatloaf

Introduction

Lowfat meatloaf with lots of veggies. Very moist. Lowfat meatloaf with lots of veggies. Very moist.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c. old fashion oats
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 cup chopped fresh white mushrooms
    2 T bacon bits
    1 lb 90/10 ground sirloin
    1/2 c. eggbeaters
    1 T worcestershire sauce
    salt pepper garlic powder onion powder to taste
    4 T. sweet baby ray's bbq sauce
    Tony Chacheres creole seasoning to taste (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray two loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients except bbq sauce. Split evenly between loaf pans. Top each loa with half of the bbq sauce. Bake until 170 degrees internal is reached, 35-40 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 servings total, 1/4 loaf per serving.
