QUICK AND EASY FAT FREE ICE-CREAM OR SORBET!!

Introduction

Very easy and quick to make, this can be adapted to be either a refreshing sorbet or a creamy ice-cream! AND it's one of your 5 a day :-D Very easy and quick to make, this can be adapted to be either a refreshing sorbet or a creamy ice-cream! AND it's one of your 5 a day :-D
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    (For one serving)

    Approx 1 cup of mixed, frozen berries
    Either I cup of nonfat plain yogurt or,
    I cup of water.
    Honey or fruit juice to sweeten (optional)

Directions

Place the frozen berries (DON'T defrost them!) and either yogurt (to make ice-cream) or water (to make sorbet) together in a bowl or blender.

Use a blender (or hand-held blender) to blend the ingredients together.

Taste, and add honey or fruit juice to sweeten if needed.

That's it! A perfect summer dessert!
