Continental Butter Chicken

Ingredients

    600g Chickent Breast Fillets cubed
    1 packet Continental Butter Chickent Recipe Bse
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 onion, diced
    2 tablespoons Tomato paste
    1/2 cup (125ml) water
    1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream

Directions

Place chicken into large bowl. Add Recipe Base and stir to coat well. Marinate for 10-15 minutes. Melt butter i a large saucepan. Add onion and fry until soft. Add chicken and fry gently until it changes colour. Add tomato paste and water. Stir until boiling and simmer gently uncovered, for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Stir through sour cream and reheat gently. Serve with basmati rice, cucumber and coriander sambal, and popadums.
