Ingredients

    4 large raw eggs
1and a half cups of milk
    2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 teaspoon Lawrey's Seasoning Salt
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    4 ounces Chopped Cooked Bacon
    8 ounces Cooked Turkey Breast
    1/2 cup Diced Swiss Cheese

Directions

Makes 4 Eight ounce servings or 8 four ounce servings. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Will need a 9 inch round glass, pyrex or pie pan. Grease or spray pan with non stick baking spray to keep your quiche from sticking.
Mix together in a bowl milk, eggs, bisquick, seasoning salt and parmesan cheese with a wisk or mixer until there are no clumps of bisquick. Set this mixture aside.
Using all of your bacon, swiss cheese and turkey, put a layer of bacon in the bottom of baking dish then a layer of swiss cheese on top of bacon then a layer of diced or shredded trukey.
Wisk liquid ingrediants then slowly pour all of mixture into baking dish on top of layered ingrediants.
Then bake for 30 minutes, rotate your baking dish to get an even browning then bake an additional 30 minutes. To be certain it is done, quiche will be very firm and no visible liquid.
If there is an liquid visible on top of quiche cook for a few more minutes.
When you remove from oven let Quiche set for 15 minutes before slicing.
