Introduction

Ingredients

    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp
    Sage, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Ian's Panko Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup
    Garlic cloves, 2, minced
    Onions, 1/4 medium, finely chopped
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium, cored and finely chopped
    Maple Syrup, 1 tsp
    Country Creek Farms Egg Whites, 1 serving
    Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Ground (93/7), 1 lb.

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine by hand all dry ingredients, with garlic, onions, and apple. Mix well. Mix in maple syrup and egg white. Add ground turkey, mix until well combined.

Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure out mixture and form into patties. Use cooking spray on a skillet over medium high heat and cook.

Makes 14 patties.
