Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 cups whole oats (not instant)
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup splenda or leave it out if you want
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup FF milk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters
    1 mashed ripe bananna (med)
    2 cups blueberries
    1 cup strawberries


Directions

Mix all ingeredients and bake in a 9X9 baking dish (spray dish with non stick spray) bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min or until set
cut into 5 or 6 servings
