Ingredients

    ! cup dry quinoa cook per package directions
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1c red pepper chopped
    1c fresh broccoli chopped
    1 cup carrot shredded
    1T olive oil
    2T balsamic vinegar
    1/2 t garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chill and eat!
