Ingredients

    Can corn
    can of beans
    Mexican rice
    1 cup cheese
    12 tortillas

Directions

Mix corn, bean and rice. Place on 1/2 of torilla, then add small amount of cheese. Fry lightly on both sides until crisp and brown.
