2/3 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
2 Tbsp. Dark Molasses
4 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade
- wisk together
Chop 18-20 Dried Calimyrna Figs into small pieces
1.5 c. Quinoa Flakes
1/2 c. Brown Rice Flour
1 c. Soy Flour
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Chopped Walnuts/Pecans
Mix dry ingedients together in separate bowl.
Add wet and dry ingredients together, mix well.
Bake in 8x8 pan with parchment paper. (Alternative: fill 24 small cupcake papers 1/2 full for "grab and go" bites)
375 degrees, 18 minutes
Cool completely. Cut into small squares if not using cupcake method.
