Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp mirin (optional)
    1/2 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and wisk together.
Prepare egg either scrambled, or in the microwave.

If using a microwave, cook for 30 sec at a time until cooked through, stirring between cooking sessions.
