Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2lbs ground beef
    1 can diced or crushed tomatoes
    4 medium Gold Potatoes - diced
    3 TBSp Onions - diced (or whatever you prefer)
    Add spices to your liking.

Directions

Brown meet with onions. Add everything else, including whatever spices you'd prefer, simmer for 25 min covered.

Can be served over rice, cous cous, quinoa, or (as I did) put into lettuce wraps.

    Added a Large carrot sliced and some bell pepper from the garden,and celery, put all in crock pot and simmered on low 6 hours. Yummy! - 10/31/10

  • Yummy! Good job sis! Dustin requested I make this for dinner this week. I'm thinking it'll be great for him to take to work and reheat! Awesome! I'm thinking I may try to Crock Pot this one on low for a few hours. - 6/1/10
