Ingredients

    1/2 C of Pineapple Chunks
    1 Small Banana
    1 1/2 Frozen Peaches in Lite Syrup
    2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
    1 C Soy Vanilla Milk

Directions

Take all of the ingredients and blend together. Really thick and slow to drink, making it a VERY filling drink for a high powered day!
