Kathy's Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Stew Meat
    3 oz Red Onion, chopped
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    Basil
    Fennel Seed
    Ground Flax Seed
    1 - 8.3 oz Can Bush's original Baked Beans
    1 cup Cut Okra (frozen)
    1 cup Mixed Veggies (frozen)
    Whatever seasonings you wish. I used pepper and meat tenderizer

Directions

Heat Olive Oil in large skillet or Wok. Add meat, onion, basil, fennel seed, flax seed and seasonings. Stir Fry until meat is done and tender. Add frozen veggies and beans and heat thoroughly. Serve with Wheat Dinner Rolls or Wheat Tortillas.
Serves 5. Approx 1.5 cup per serving.
