Easy Macaroni and Cheese

Introduction

This recipe takes 15 minutes to prep and cook, plus it's much lower in fat than traditional mac and cheese and just as delicious! This recipe takes 15 minutes to prep and cook, plus it's much lower in fat than traditional mac and cheese and just as delicious!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Dreamfield's Elbow Macaroni
    1/4 cup Sargento reduced fat Colby Jack cheese
    2 tsp Hormel "Real" Bacon Bits
    2 tsp Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup nonfat milk

Directions

1. Boil macaroni for 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. Mix milk, Colby Jack cheese, parmesan cheese, and bacon bits in saucepan until cheese is melted.
3. Mix macaroni and cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add more or less milk depending on how thick of a sauce you would like.
