Blackberry Bruschetta

Submitted by: TERRIFICLYFIT

Introduction

This is a variation of a recipe for Strawberry Bruschetta found on Fitness.com via EatingWell.com. I made the original version and, although I enjoyed it, found that the wheat bread overpowered the strawberries. The next night I decided to use blackberries instead. Voila! The perfect dessert! With five simple ingredients, you get your fiber AND flavor all in one low-calorie dessert! This is a variation of a recipe for Strawberry Bruschetta found on Fitness.com via EatingWell.com.
