Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Introduction

This is my infamous buffalo chicken dip. It makes enough to fill a min crock pot about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way up. It will go quickly so I always make a double batch. This is my infamous buffalo chicken dip. It makes enough to fill a min crock pot about 1/2 - 3/4 of the way up. It will go quickly so I always make a double batch.

Ingredients

    Canned Chicken (@ least a 10 oz can)
    Frank's Red Hot Buffalo sauce (I prefer the Buffalo style to the plain frank's there's a bit more heat and it's creamier.)
    Philly Cream Cheese (a block not the tub)
    Ranch Dressing (You can use blue cheese I just don't like blue cheese)

Directions

Drain the chicken and put in a medium sauce pot with the frank's hot sauce on medium heat. Breakup the chicken with a spoon and let this cook until the sauce is bubbling. Cut the cream cheese block into cubes and add a few at a time until they are all melted into the sauce stirring frequently. Add the ranch dressing and allow to bubble but not boil. Once you add the ranch let it cook for at least 5 mins to blend all the flavors together. Serve with tortilla chips and hope you can get some before it disappears!!
