LIGHT CRUSTLESS BROCOLLI QUICHE

Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .6 tbsp (remove)
    Onion Vidalia raw med onion, 74 gram(s) (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    PAM COOKING SPRAY, 1 serving (remove)
    DAIRY KROGER ACTIVE LIFESTYLE F/F MILK 1 cup, 1.25 serving (remove)
    Cheese, Swiss-Alpine Lace (Reduced Fat) 1 oz. serving, 4 serving (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Brown & Spicy Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .12 tsp (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    DAIRY ALDI OR KROGER PARMESAN & ROMANO GRATED 1TBSP= ser..., 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 1 1/2 minutes. Add broccoli; sauté 1 minute. Spread broccoli mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Combine milk and next 8 ingredients (milk through eggs) in a large bowl. Pour milk mixture over broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until top is golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean; let stand 5 minutes.
