*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Lime Juice, .125 cup (remove)
*Seasalt .25 tsp, 1 serving (remove)
Halibut (fish), 12 oz (remove)
Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp (
scallion .25 C chopped
lightly brown Halibut in coconut oil add scallions and mango mixture cover and simmer until done. about 15 minutes. makes 4 3 oz servings.
