Mandarin-Style Country Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients

    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    *Orange Marmalade, .25 cup
    Catsup, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove or 1/2 tsp. crushed
    *8 Pork chops boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, excluding refuse

Directions

Combine all but chops and brush on both sides of chops. Place chops in crock pot and pour remaining sauce over chops. Cover and cook on low 8- 10 hours.

    How long did you cook them in the oven and at what temperature? I had the same "hockey puck" problem yet my husband really didn't mind and liked the flavor. I'd like to give them a try again too. - 9/16/08

  • Be careful because I got hockey pucks. Needless to say it was good money down the drain. I cut the time in half and they were still over cooked...1/17/2008 I decided to try this in the oven instead of the crockpot and the family loved it this time...kids asked for seconds and they never do. - 1/9/08
