Introduction

using Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix using Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup mix
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp. canola oil
    1 large egg

Directions

combine all ingredients in bowl until just mixed and let rest for 2 minutes. Do not over mix. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour mix in 1/4 cup increments into skillet to cook. Flip pancakes when you see them bubbling and the edges look cooked. Makes 9 servings.
