Sweet Salad :O

Introduction

Crunchy and soft textured salad with vegetables AND fruit. Crunchy and soft textured salad with vegetables AND fruit.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 celery stalk
    1 ring of red pepper
    1 ring of green pepper
    10g sunflower seeds (unsalted, de-shelled)
    10g pumpkin seeds
    6 canned/fresh pineapple chunks in natural juice
    6 grapes
    1/2 carrot
    lettuce
    1 bowl

Directions

Core the apple, and chop into chunks.
Chop celery into chunks.
Dice or cut red & green pepper into chunks.
Dice lettuce (if iceberg)
Grate carrot.

Place all into a large bowl, add sunflower & pumpkin seeds, grapes, and pineapple chunks with 3+ tbsp of it's juice. Mix well, then drain juice or leave as a dressing.

Place artisticly onto a plate and enjoy!
