    Half can brown lentils, rinsed and drained
    95g can tuna in oil
    Half lebanese cucumber (65g), chopped
    1 small-medium tomato (90g), chopped
    1 spring onion, sliced
    1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp drained capers, halved

Directions
