Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Trader Joes WW Lavash
    3 tblsp Trader Joes Yogurt Cilantro and Chive Dip
    .125 cup chopped onion
    .25 shredded carrot
    .25 cup grated cheddar or leave out for less calories
    banana peppers to taste
    roast beef
    lettuce

Directions

spread dip on the lavash
put onion, carrot and cheese
layer meat -
then lettuce and roll on the long edge.
Cut in half
makes two servings.
If you don't include the cheddar cheese you will reduce the calories of the wrap by 110 calories.
