Introduction

My husband loves casseroles. This is a variation of a favorite. you can use just about any vegetable in the recipe. My husband loves casseroles. This is a variation of a favorite. you can use just about any vegetable in the recipe.

Ingredients

    Rice a Roni Nature's Way Parmesan & Romano Cheese
    Chicken 1 cooked breast, small cubes
    1/2 c raw onions, chopped
    1/2 c celery, chopped
    1 c cooked carrots, drained
    1 pat butter, add to carrots
    Almonds, chopped

Directions

Prepare Rice a Roni as directed
in a separate pan sprayed with Pam, saute onions & celery
Add Cooked Rice a Roni, Chicken, cooked carrots and almonds to pan with onions & celery. Heat through.
Divide into 3 servings
