Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.25 cups instant oats
    0.5 cup flour
    0.5 cup plain wholemeal flour
    0.5 cup raw sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp salt
    0.75 cup milk
    0.25 cup water
    1 egg
    60g oil / butter
    1 cup mixed berries or blueberries

Directions

Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, egg, and oil until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Line muffin trays with paper cases and fill 12.

Bake at 220 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
