* Mushrooms, cooked, 0.25 cup pieces
* Honey Mustard, 3 tsp
* Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz
* Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast
Preheat oven to 300ΒΊ. Butterfly and tenderize chicken. Place chicken on hot grill or in pan and cook through. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms on the stove until cooked to desired texture.
When everything is finished cooking, plan chicken on cookie sheet and top with mustard, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. Place in oven until cheese is melted.
Makes 1 or 2 servings depending on desired calorie range. Calories calculated as 1 serving.
