Ginger Root, 2 tsp - Minced
Sesame Oil, 2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper, .5 tsp
Scallions, raw, 4 large - Cut into 1 inch pieces
Flank Steak, 1 lb - Sliced thin
Hoisin Sauce, 1/3 cup
Butter Flavored cooking spray
In separate bowl combine hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and crushed red pepper.
Add sauce mixture and onion to steak in pan, cook 1 minute.
Makes 4 servings. Serving size about 1/2 cup.
Serve over jasmine rise and steamed snow peas.(not included in calorie count)
