Introduction

This Quiche is extremely quick, so easy to make, and can be made with any veges, frozen or fresh. With plenty of protein, fiber and vitamins and minerals, this quiche is perfect for vegetarians. This Quiche is extremely quick, so easy to make, and can be made with any veges, frozen or fresh. With plenty of protein, fiber and vitamins and minerals, this quiche is perfect for vegetarians.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 cup milk
    grated cheese (about 20grams)
    veges and lentils

Directions

put flour and baking powder in a large bowl. mix eggs and milk in a smaller bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients. Add veges (uncooked or frozen) and lentils, then add the grated cheese. Mix together, then pour into quiche baking dish greased with the olive oil.

Cook for about half an hour in a 200 - 220 degree celsius oven. Makes about 4 or 5 servings.

  • The oven temp translates to around 400 F or a little more. I used whole wheat flour and egg beaters, and frozen mixed vegetables. It was very good. - 6/24/10
