2 tbsp - Canola Oil
3 tbsp - White Wine Vinegar
1 (3 oz) pkg - chicken flavored Ramen Noodles
1/2 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper
2 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup - Sliced Almonds
1 (16 oz) pkg - Broccoli Slaw
1/4 cup - Green Onions
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, surgar, Ramen Noodle spice mix, salt and pepper to create a dressing.
3. Place sesame seeds and almonds in a single layer on a medium baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine the slaw, green onions and crushed Ramen Noodles. Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
