Roast Beef Bruschetta

Introduction

Tiny, light finger sandwiches with a WOW taste..... Tiny, light finger sandwiches with a WOW taste.....
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    1 1 lb. French bread, cut into 28 1/4 inch slices
    2 T. olive oil
    7 T. Rodelle Light Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese
    4 oz. lean roast beef (deli thin sliced)
    28 cherry tomatoes
    1 c. onion
    Dash ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Brush both sides of bread slices with oil; place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake about 5 minutes or until crisp. Cool 5 minutes.

Spread cheese over each slice. Top with beef; sprinkle with pepper Top each with onion and tomato.
