    * Carrot, raw 7" x 1-1/4 (78g), 1 serving
    * Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 2.5 cup, chopped
    * Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp


Boil the eggs, steam the carrots an potatoes, chop the rest. You vinaigrette may differ from mine.
