Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 15oz can crushed pineapple
1 Cup Uncle Ben's instant rice
1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce or Glaze
Heavy Duty Reynolds wrap 2 12" X 18" sheets
Place chicken breast in middle of sheet of foil. Arrange rice and pineapple (reserve juice) around chicken breast. Fold up sides of foil and make an opening at the top of the foil packet. Pour 1/2 of the pineapple juice into hole and 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce into the hole. Close up with a double fold leaving room inside packet for heat to circulate.
Place packets on cookie sheet. Cook for 20 - 22 minutes.
If you like, add 1/2 medium chopped red pepper to each packet.
