Introduction

this is my version of potato salad. It is delicious. you can also add onions, peppers, or other veggie and up the nutrition value. this is my version of potato salad. It is delicious. you can also add onions, peppers, or other veggie and up the nutrition value.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 boiled egg
    1tsp sweet relish
    2tbls light mayonaise
    1tbls mustard
    salt and pepper

Directions

cube potatoes, boil until tender, add boiled egg, and all other ingredients and mix. I like to place the potatoes in the refridgerator for a bit to cool before adding the mayo, mustard. Mix and serve in half cup portions.
