Ingredients

    uncel bens instant brown rice mix
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can peas, drained
    5 baby carrots, chopped
    1 package tyson's precooked chicken breast strips
    hoisin sauce
    soy sauce

Directions

makes 4 servings

make rice as directed on box, while rice is cooking, chop up celery and baby carrots, get cans of peas and green beans ready
pour rice in large skillet, mix in 1 cup pre cooked chicken breast, celery baby carrots, and about 1/4 cup of peas and green beans. Mix in 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce and stir together for about 5-10 minutes until chicken and vegetables are warm. Use soy sauce to taste.
