Super Pancakes 2

Submitted by: LADYPANEK

Introduction

This recipe has no oil and is easy to add to for fun! It had 3 tablespoons of melted butter in it but I omit that, although it is tasty with. I like to add a 1/4 cup of water to it to thin it a bit more for our taste. I also add cinnamon and vanilla. This recipe has no oil and is easy to add to for fun! • Yummy! I made my own modifications to use what I had (so some people may not like a review based off that and not the actual recipe) and liked. White/whole/oat flour (equal parts), no egg but 1/4 cup applesauce, only 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of milk. It was a hit. - 7/11/10

  • Very yummy, but very thick. I had to spread them around once I poured them into the pan. - 5/29/10
