Wheat Almond Blueberry muffins

Introduction

Mostly wheat muffins with yogurt and applesauce for added moisture. Little honey added to top. Kids loved also. Mostly wheat muffins with yogurt and applesauce for added moisture. Little honey added to top. Kids loved also.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Mix
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup yogurt
    3/4 almond milk

    1/4 brown sugar, 1 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup heart smart bisquick baking mix, 1/2 cup almond slivers.

    fill 12 med muffin cups.
    Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.

    I drizzled a little honey on each just before serving.

Directions

Makes 12 medium sized muffins. Really great. Almonds add a really great touch and these are really moist muffins!
