1 cup nonfat pina colada yogurt (I used Hannaford's brand)
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 small banana, cut into slices (frozen)
1/2 cup or so frozen peach slices
1/4 cup vanilla almond milk
If you can get fresh pineapple, get it! It's worth the few minutes it takes to hack into it and chop it up. Trust me, you'll love it.
If you want, you can sub regular milk for the almond milk, or try adding a different liquid, like coconut milk in place of it. I think next time I might try some Vita Coco coconut water w/tangerine....YUM!
