Raw Banana Bread

Introduction

Ingredients

    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 oz (85 seeds) (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)
    **Flax Seed, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving (remove)
    *stevia french vanilla, 1 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Soak the unground flax seeds in one cup of water for approximately an hour. Add the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to mix everything together. Add the Banana and the other cup of water (plus any nuts if you want) to food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into the soaking flax seeds, and then add the dry ingredients - mix well, then pour and spread out on wax paper lined Dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate at 105 for 2-4 hours, then flip and peel off the wax paper and dehydrate for another 2-4 hours up to overnight depending on whether you want Crackers or bread.
