Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    Butter, salted, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg white, 4 serving (remove)
    Honey, .75 cup (remove)


Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, sea salt, nutmeg and baking powder. Stir in honey, zucchini, eggs and melted butter. Mix ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into two well buttered loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
