Crab Pasta Salad

Introduction

Delicious Taste of Home recipe. Very yummy! It calls for regular pasta in the recipe, but I like wheat pasta myself! Also this recipe calls for fat free Italian Dressing. I use my local fav but you can use whatever floats your Italian dressing boat! Delicious Taste of Home recipe. Very yummy! It calls for regular pasta in the recipe, but I like wheat pasta myself! Ingredients

8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni( wheat or regular, I use wheat)
    8 oz imitation crab meat
    1 cup fresh broccoli florets
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    3/4 cup light miracle whip
1/3 cup Lonzerotti's Fat Free Sweet Italian Dressing
    3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain, run under cold water and place in a large bowl.

Place the crab meat, peas, broccoli, green pepper and onions into the bowl as well. In a separate small bowl, combine the miracle whip, dressing and Parmesan cheese. Once you have it mixed, pour it over the other ingredients in the large bowl and stir it up.

Chill at least 2 hours before serving. I like to let it sit overnight.

My way makes 10 servings, but the cook book has it portioned at 6. I like to add a little something else with my pasta salad so I take a smaller portion!
