Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz 93% lean ground beef
    8 oz 93% lean ground turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 4 patties. Grill on outdoor grill, broil or fry until done. Any way you wish to prepare these, they will taste good. Serve on buns or by themselves.

4 servings. (You could even "cheat" and have two for less than 400 cals. Just eliminate the bun on at least one.

Extra credit idea: Use this mixture in your favorite meatloaf or spaghetti recipe.
