Perfectly Peach Smoothy

Submitted by: CKBYMOMMY

Introduction

Need a quick breakfast on the go or healthy dessert that even picky kids love? Try this! Try with your favorite frozen fruits - if the kids balk at flax, just leave it out or use benefiber instead (both substitutions will reduce calorie count, but the benefiber will leave the fiber high)

I buy the ripe bananas in the bags when I can find them, then peel and store in the freezer.
