5 cups rhubarb 1 small pkg strawberry jello 1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar 1 white or yellow dry cake mix 1 stick light margarine
Spray 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray. Cut up rhubarb in 1/2" slices and put on bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry jello and sugar over the rhubarb. Press dry cake mix over the top and press down. Top with melted margarine. Bake 50-55 mnutes until brown. May top with whipped topping or ice cream. Makes 15 3 X 4 inch servings.
